       And his heirs until the Solemnization to the said intended
       Marriage and from and after the Solemnization of the Said
       intended Marriage to the use and Behoof of the Said Nathaniel
       Chapman and his heirs for and During the life of the Said
       William Lock Weems upon Trust and to the Intent to permit
       and suffer the Said William Lock Weems and his assigns
       During his Natural Life to take and receive the Rents Issues and
       Profits of the said Lands and slaves above mentioned to
       and for his own proper use and benifit and from and after
       the decease of the Said William Lock Weems then to use and
       Intent that the Said Amelia Chapman the Intended Wife of the
       Said William Lock Weems and her assigns shall and may
       ^yearly^ and every year during the Term of her Natural life have receive
       and take to her own proper use and benefit all and Singular
       the Rents Issues and Profits of the Lands above Mentioned and
       the Slaves aforesaid with the increase And the Said William
       Lock Weems for himself his heirs and Assigns doth hereby
       Covenant and grant to and with the Said William Lock
       Weems is and standeth righfull lawfully and Absolutely
       seized and Possessed of and in the Lands and Slaves before
       Specified of a good sure perfect absolute indefeazable Estate
       of Inheritance in fee Simple to him and his heirs and
       without any Trust Limitation Power of Revocation Use or Uses
       or any other matter Restraint or thing whatsoever to alter
       Change Revoke make Void lessen incumber or determine
