6) of such Ordinary Licences in the Said Province until He or you shall further Receive Notice From Me thereof But that He or You by his Appointment do Receive all such other Perquisites Fees and Advantages whatsoever to the Said Office of Secretary belonging or appertaining in as full and as Ample a Manner as any Person or Persons have Held or Enjoyd or ought to have Held or Enjoyd Exclusive of the Granting of the said Ordinary Licences as before Specifyed You are to pursue all former Instructions Entered in the said Office of Secretary so far as are not Repugnant to these And You are To Enter these My Instructions on the Records of the said Office of Secretary in Our Said Province F B Given under My Hand and [illegible] Seal at Arms at London the Fifteenth of April 1756 in The Fifthe Year of My Dominion over our said Province By His Lordships Command 2 1/2 s.d Recorded August 31.st 1756 Cecil.s Calvert Exam.d Know all men by these Presents that we Jacob Hindman William Nicols & William Trippe of Talbot County Gent are held and proper bound unto the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary of the Province of Maryland in the full and just sum of four hundred Pounds Current Money of the Province aforesaid to be paid to his said Lordship his heirs and successors to the which payment (well) |
