5) Received August the 9.th 1756 One Shilling and four pence Sterling as an Alienation fine on thirty three Acres of Land Called Hamiltons Park Being one of the Tracts within Mentioned said to be in Calvert County Received for his Lordships Use P W.m Ireland Recorded August 13.th 1756 Exam.d Frederick Absolute Lord and Proprietor of the Provinces of Maryland and Avalon in America Lord Baron of Baltimore of the Kingdom of Ireland Orders and Instructions Seal To be Observed and Pursued By Benjamin Tasker Esq.r Junior of Our Council of State and Deputy Secretary of the Province of Maryland F Baltimore Whereas I have by Act of Assembly and since hath Further Consented to the Appropriation for Granting Ordinary Licences in the Province of Maryland Towards the Defence and in Support of His Majestys Service which Granting of Ordinary Licences has Heretofore belongd To the Office of Secretary and has been so Given by Instrument of Appointment from Me to My Uncle the Honourable Cecilius Calvert Esq.r my Chief Secretary of The Province of Maryland Relation being thereunto had may more fully appear Notwithstanding the Said Cecilius Calvert Secretary or You the Deputy by his Appointment are to Take Notice That it is ^our^ Will Pleasure and Directions that Neither He or You do Take and Receive to Either of your Advantages the Granting |
