Ex.d   This Indenture made the seventh Day of May
       in the year of our Lord One Thousand seven hundred and Fifty
       Seven Between Charles Carroll Esq.r of the City of Annapolis
       in the Province of Maryland of the one part and John
       Crafford of Frederick County in the Said Province afs.d
       of the other part Witnesseth that Whereas Daniel
       Carroll Late of Duddington Mannor in Prince Georges
       County in the said Province of Maryland Gent By his
       Last Will and Testament Bearing Date ^the^ of Twelfth Day
       of April in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven
       hundred and thirty four did Release unto his Sister
       Mary his Right to part of ten Thousand Acres of Land
       Lying at the Mouth and some of the branches of
       Monokocie by which he was intitled to half of two
       Tracts of Lands now Lying in Frederick County afs.d
       the One Called Carrolls Delight and the Other Called
       Carrolls Burgh Containing each five Thousand Acres
       and whereas the said Daniel Carroll by his last Will
       and Testament did Authorize Charles Carroll Party
       to these Presents to sell his share or Moiety of the said
                                                                         (Lands)
