       of all manner of persons whatsoever, And further that he the
       Said Joseph Bickerton his heirs Executors or Administrators shall
       and will at any time or times hereafter at the reasonable request
       and proper Cost and Charges in the Law of him the said John
       Skinner his heirs or assigns make do ^and^ Execute or Cause to be
       made done and Executed any farther or other deed or Conveyance
       assurance or assurances for the further or Better assuring the
       Right Title Meets and Bonds of the before Mentioned Bargained lands
       and premisses with all and Singular their appurtenances to the
       Said John Skinner his heirs or assigns or his or their Council Learned
       in the Law shall be reasonably Advised Devised or Required In
       Witness whereof the Said Joseph Bickerton to this present
       Indenture hath Set his hand and affixed his Seal the day
       and year above Written

       Sealed and delivered
       in presence of Us               On the Back of the foregoing was thus
                         Benj Beall        Endorc'd Viz.t
                         John Davis       Rece.d 17.th of february 1756 of M.r Jn.o Skinner      
       the Sum of one hundred pounds Current Money of Maryland being the
       Consideration Money within mentioned I say Received by me
       Witness

                                           Maryland fs.t It is to be remembered
       that this Seventeenth day of february Anno Dom 1756 the Within
       Named Joseph Bickerton personally appeared before me one of the
       R.t Honb.le the Lord Propr.ys Justices of the Prov.l Court and
       acknowledged the within ^written^ Indenture to be his Act and deed of the Land      
       & premisses therein mentioned to be the Sole Right and property
       of the also within named John Skinner his heirs and assigns forever
       according to the present and true Meaning of the said writing
       and the act of assembly in such cases made and provided In Testimony
       whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name the date
       abovesaid
