       Samson shall choose to be allowed the highest market Price that
       Tobacco Shall bear on Patuxent River in all the Month August aforesaid
       and Lastly that the Said George Maxwell shall remit the Ballance
       of said Goods by the last day of February 175 1/2 In Witness whereof both
       Parties have hereunto Interchangeable set their hands and seals Day
       & year first above Written

                            Know all men by these Presents that we
                Colmore Beanes Stephen West and Alexander Symmer
                of Prince Georges County Gentleman are held and firmly
                bound unto the Right Honourable the Lord Propry of
                this province in Sum of four hundred pounds Current
                Money to be paid to the said Lord Propry his heirs
                and Successors to the which payment well and truly
                to be made and done we do bind our Selves our heirs
                Executors and Administrators Jointly and Several firmly
                by these Presents Sealed with our Seals and dated this
                1.st of November Anno Dom on thousand Seven
                hundred and fifty Six
      
       The Condition of the above Obligation is Such that if the above
       Bound Colmore Beanes whilst he Shall be and Continue in the office
       of Collector of the Excise in Prince Georges County Shall well and faithfully
       Exercise and Perform the Several Duties required of him to be Performed by
       the Act of Assembly Entituled and Act for Granting a Supply of forty
       Thousand pounds for his Majesties Service and Striking Thirty
       four Thousand and Fifteen pounds Six Shillings thereof in Bills of
       Credit and raising a fund for Sinking the Same and do well
       and faithfully pay to the Commissioners of hte Loan office for the
       time being the Several Sums of money which he shall receive
