       by Virtue of the said Commond Recovery or Recoveries Shall stand
       and be seized thereof and of every Part and Parcell thereof with
       their and every of their Appurtenances to the only use and behoof
       of the Said Joshua Warfield his Heirs and assigns and to No
       other use intent or Purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof
       the Parties to these Presents have hereunto interchangable
       set their hands and Seals the Day and year first above

                            It is agreed this thirteenth Day of August one thousand
       seven hundred and fifty between Samson Levy of Philadelphia Merch.t on
       the one Part and George Maxwell of Merchant in the Province of Maryland
       of the other Part Viz.t the said George Maxwell obliges himself to Deliver to the
       Said Samson Levy demand Two hundred thousand pounds of Inpected Tobacco on
       Patuxent River to weight Nine hundred and thirty Six pounds Neat at are Average
       including the four P Cent for Cash In Consideration of which the said Samson
       the first Day of November next and then to remit to M.r Isaac Levy of London Mrch.t
       Seven hundred Pounds Sterling more to be in Part of a Cargoe of Goods of two thousand
       Pounds Sterling which the Said Samson Levy is to order the Said Isaac Levy to Ship in
       the Spring to Patuxent on Acco.t of the Said George Maxwell agreeable to an Invoice to be
       Sent home by the said George Maxwell and Promises that the Said Isaac Levy shall
       Comply therewith and the said George Maxwell obliges himself to Pay Seven hundred
       Pounds Sterling further towards the Payment of the Said Good on the last Day of
       August one thousand seven hundred and fifty one or deliver Samson Levy one
       hundred Hh.ds Tobacco within a month after the receipt of the Goods as the said
