       County Planter of the third Part Witnesseth that it is Covenanted
       Concluded and agreed Between the Parties to these Presents that it Shall
       and may be Lawfull for the said Benjamin Howard before the
       first Day of next Provincial Court to Prosecute out of the
       High Court of Chancery one or more Writ or Writs of Entry Sur
       Disseizin En le Post against the Said Elizabeth Gaither Returnable
       to the next Provincial Court whereby the Said Benjamin Howard shall
       and may Demand against the Said Elizabeth Gaither all
       that Tract or Parcell of Plantable Land Called Luggox Containing
       seven hundred and Eighty Acres Lying and being in Ann Arundel County
       with the Appurtenances by Such Name or Names, Quantity or
       Quantities Quality or Qualities, Content or Number of Acres as shall
       be thought fit and Requisite to which Said Writ or Writs the said
       Elizabeth Gaither shall appear in Proper Person and shall vouch
       over to Warrantee the said Joshua Warfield and the Said Joshua
       Warfield shall appear in Proper Person and Vouch over to Warrantee
       the Common Vouchee, and the Common Vouchee shall appear and imparl
       and afterwards make Default whereby one or more Recovery or
       Recoveries Judgment or Judgment may be had and Given for the
       Said Benjamin Howard for Recovery of the said Lands and Premisses
       against the Said Elizabeth Gaither and for the Said Elizabeth Gaither
       to Recover over in Value against the Said Joshua Warfield and for the
       Said Joshua Warfield to Recover over in Value against the Common Vouchee
       according to the form of Common Recoveries in Such Cases used and
       it is further Covenanted Granted and agreed by and Between the Parties
       to these Presents and the true intent and Meaning of the Parties
       to these Presents that from and immediately after such Common
       Recovery or Recoveries shall be had and Prosecuted as afs.d
       of the said Land and Premisses the said Recovery or Recoveries shall
       be and Enure and ^are^ hereby Declared to have been intended to be and Enure
       that the said Benjamin Howard and eve Every other Per Person or  
       Persons that shall be seized of the Premisses or any Part thereof
