       and Executing these presents have and each of them hath granted
       bargained Sold released and Confirmed and by these presents do
       and each of them Doth grant bargain Sell release and Confirme
       unto the said Philip Key in his Actual Possession now being by virtue
       of a Bargain and sale to him thereof made by them the said Kenelm
       Cheseldyne Thomas McWilliams Kenelm Trueman Greenfield bearing
       Date the Day next before the Day of the Date of these presents for
       one whole year Commencing from the Day next before the Day of the
       Date thereof and by force of the statute for transfering uses into Possession
       his heirs and assigns all that Tract or parcel of Land Called St Catherines
       Island lying and being in Saint Marys County aforesaid Containing
       one hundred Acres and also all that Tract or Parcel of Land Called
       white Neck Lying and being in Saint Marys County aforesaid
       Containing one hundred acres Together with all Edifices Buildings
       Gardens Orchards ways Water water Courses Commodities
       Priviledges Improvements Emoluments advantages and appurtenances
       whatsoever to the same Tracts or parcels of Land or any
       or either of them belonging or appertaining and the Revertion
       and Revertions ^Remainder^ and Remainders Rents Issues & profits of them or
       Either or any part of Either of them and also all the Estate Right
       Title Interest use true property Claim and Demand whatsoever
       of them the said Kenelm Cheseldine Thomas McWilliams and
       Kenelm Truman Greenfield or any or either of them of into or out
       of the aforesaid Tracts or Parcels of Land or either or any Part of
       either of them To have and to hold the said Tracts or Parcels
       of Land and every of them and all and singular the Premisses
       with their and each and every of their Rights Members and
