       of the Several Parties to the said Recovery and it is hereby declared by them
       and Each of them to be their true Intent and meaning that the said Recovery
       of the said part of the Tract of Land Called Frailty with the appurtenances
       shall be and enure to and for the use of the said Notley Warren party
       to these presents his heirs and assigns for ever and to no other use or
       purpose whatsoever and the said Thomas Warren for the more Effectual
       assuring the Premisses with their appurtenances to the said Notley
       Warren his heirs and assigns for ever and also for and in Consideration
       of the sum of five shillings Current money to him in hand paid
       by the said Notley Warren the Receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged
       hath bargained and sold and by these presents doth bargain & sell
       release and Confirm unto the said Notley Warren his heirs and assigns
       for ever the said part of the said Tract of Land Called Frailty with the
       appurtenances To have and to hold the same unto the said
       Notley Warren his heirs and Assigns for ever To the only use and
       behoof of the said Notley Warren his heirs and Assigns for ever & to
       no other use Intent or purpose whatsoever In Testimony whereof the
       party first above mentioned has hereunto Set his hand and seal
       the day and year first above mentioned

                   W Hanson         On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus
                                            indorsed to wit

                         Be it Remembered that on the twenty third Day of July in
       the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and fifty nine Came
       before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial
       Court the within mentioned Thomas Warren and Acknowledged the
       within Instrument of Writing to be his Act and Deed to the within
       said Notley Warren his heirs and assigns for ever and the
