416 X.d This Indenture made the ninth Day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred Fifty nine by and between Henry Williams of Baltimore County and Province of Maryland Milwright son and heighr of Abraham Williams Late of Queen Anns County and province aforesaid Farmer of the one part and George Williams of Baltimore County of the other part Witnesseth that the said Henry Williams for & in Consideration of one hundred and fifty pounds Lawfull money of Maryland to him in hand paid the Receipt whereof the said Henry Williams doth hereby acknowledge and himself therewith fully Satisfyed Contented and paid Hath given Granted Bargained and by these presents doth give Grant Bargain and sell alien Enfeoffed and absolutely confirmd to the use and behoof of him the said George Williams his heirs and assigns for and during the Term of Eighty years thence next ensuing from the date of the the Inquisition as by the Inquition may more fully appear and Confirm and our Lease Issuing unto us set forth and Confirm for Twenty Acres of Land Condemned for the use of a Mill or Building a Mill Lying and being on the south East Branch of Corseca Creek Commonly Called Chester Mill Branch in Queen Anns County and province aforesaid Beginning at ^a^ Chestnut Post marked with six notches standing on the east side of the Pond where a Bridge aCross Pear head Bore south seventy Degrees west six perches and ^Run^ from the said post south forty Eight Degrees and |
