415) or required I Witness Whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seal the day and year above Written Signed Sealed & Delivered in presence Joseph Ensor seal G Newman Jn.o Lane On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t Reced of the within named James Maccubbin the day and year within written the within mentioned sum of 120 £ Sterling one hundred and Twenty sterling money Wittness G Newman Joseph Ensor Then Came before me one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court the within mentioned Joseph Ensor and Acknowledged the within Deed as his Act and Deed and the Lands and Premisses within mentioned to be the right and Estate fo the within named James Maccubbin and his heirs & Assigns for Ever According to the true Intent and meaning of the within deed and the act of assembly in that Case made and provided April 18.th 1759 Geo Steuart April 24.th 1759 Reced of M.r James Maccubbin four shillings and Eleven pence half penny Sterling for his Lordships use (it being the Alienation fine on the within mentioned Land) by virtue of a Commission from Edward Lloyd Esquire his Lordships agent and Receiver General Recorded May 31.st 1759 Rich.d Dorsey 8d |
