417 forty five minutes west thirty five perches to a white Oak the original Beginning of of a Tract of Land Called Milford and Allabands Hazzard Enlarged then south Eighty Seven Degrees west Twenty Eight Perches and two thirds of a Perch to a Cedar post the original Beginning of Milfords Addition then north Thirty Degrees and forty five minutes west sixty one perches and north fifty five Degrees East thirty Eight perches and south Thirty seven Degrees and fifteen minutes East thirty Eight perches and from thence with a Streight Line to the Beginning Containing and Laid out for Twenty Acres of Land which said Land and Premisses with all and singular the appurtenances Mill or Mills Waters or Water Courses and all Benefit from the said Lease arising free and Clear to the use of the said George Williams His heirs and assigns for and During said Condemnation know ye that I the said Henry Williams have and do hereby Release the aforesaid Lands and Premisses with all and Singular the Appurtenances there unto appertaining & Invest George Williams his Heirs and assigns with all my Right and Property to the same in and by any means whatsoever and I the said Henry Williams for my self my Heirs Ex.tors & Adm.rs do Covenante and agree to and with the said George Williams his heirs and Assigns that in and at any time hereafter at the reasonable Request of the said George Williams his heirs and assigns any other Deed or Deeds Conveyance or Conveyances will and Shall Sign Seal and Acknowledge that he the said George Williams or his Attorney Learned in the Law shall make Devise or Require for the more Suremaking over (ye) |
