414 aforesaid on or about the seventeenth day of March seventeen hundred and fifty six and will filly and at Large appear by the Land Records of the Provincial Court of the province afs.d and all and singular the Houses Gardens and Improvements on the said Lott of Land and on the aforesaid Tract of Land with theire several Appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appurtaining To have and to hold the aforesaid Tract or parcel of Land Called Ensors Inspection Containing one hundred and twenty one Acres and the aforesaid Lott of Land Number Sixty four Lying in the Addition to Baltimore Town aforesaid with theire premisses and Appurtenances to the said James Maccubbin his heirs and assigns for ever & to the only use and behoofe of him the said James Maccubbin his heirs and Assigns & that the said Joseph Ensor for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators doth Covenant promise grant and agree to and with the said James Maccubbin his heirs and Assigns that he the said Joseph Ensor the aforesaid Bargained Tract of Land and Lott of Land with there premisses and appurtenances to the said James Maccubbin his heirs and assigns against him the said Joseph Ensor and his heirs and all other persons Whatsoever and all pryor Services shall and will Warrant and for ever defend and the said Joseph Ensor for himself and his heirs doth Covenant and agree for the Better surety and further Suremaking the said Lands with there Premises to Execute any further deed or Deeds as by the said James Maccubbin his heirs and assigns or his or there Council Learned in the Law Shall be reasonable advised (devised) |
