411) X.d This Indenture made the 30.th day of May Seventeen hundred and fifty nine Between Mary Wilson of Kent County in the Province of Maryland widdow of the one part and James Willson of the same County Planter of the Other part Witnesseth that the said Mary Wilson as well for the natural Love and Affection which she beareth unto the said James Wilson as for and in Consideration of the Sum of five Shillings Sterling money to her in hand paid The Receipt whereof She the said Mary Willson doth hereby acknowledge and her self there with fully satisfied Contented and paid hath granted Bargained and sold released and Confirmed and by these presents doth fully freely and absolutely grant Bargain and sell Release and Confirm unto the said James Willson his heirs and Assigns for ever all the Right Title Interest Claim and demand whatsoever which she the said Mary Willson now has or hereafter may have to one hundred Acres of Land Called Deemed and taken for part of verina Being the Land & plantation whereof the said James Willson now dwells situate Lying and being in Kent County afores.d seventy acres thereof being the Land that his Grand Father James Willson gave to John Willson by deed of gift bearing date the 20.th day of April 1726 and the other Thirty acres being the Land that was made over to him by George Willson with all houses Buildings Gardens orchards fences and Improvements Whatsoever to the said Messuage or Tenement belonging or in any ways Appertaining and of every part and parcell thereof with the appurtenances and also all the Estate Right Title Interest Claim and demand whatsoever as well in Equity as in Law of her the said Mary Willson of in and to all (and) |
