       and               singular the said Premisses and of in and to
       every part and parcell thereof with the appurtenances to have
       and to hold the said Messuage or Tenement Lands Hereditaments
       and all and Singular the premisses above mentioned and
       every part and Parcell thereof with the Appurtenances
       unto the said James Willson his heirs and assigns for
       ever According to the true Intent and meaning of these
       Presents and to and for no other use Intent or purpose
       whatsoever In Witness whereof both partys to these presents
       have hereunto Interchangeably set their hands and
       seals the day and year above written
             Signed Sealed & Delivered
             Before us                                       Mary Willson   seal
                            Thomas Wilson
                            Henry Badier

             On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t

       On the 30.th day of May 1759 Came before me the subscriber one
       of his Lordships Provincial Justices The within named
       Mary Willson who did Acknowledge the within deed of
4 1/2 d Release and the Lands and Premisses therein mentioned
       to be the absolute Right Title and Interest of him the
       within named James Willson According to the true Intent
       and meaning of the same deed

       Domini Seventeen hundred and fifty nine Between Joseph
       Ensor of Harmon's Mannor Cecil County in the province of
