       then with the said Line north Eighty Eight Degrees and an half Degree
       easterly three hundred and forty one perches to the third Line of a Tract or
       parcel of Land Called Brough then with the said Land north twenty nine
       Degrees Easterly two hundred and fifty two perches to a Bounded white oak
       sapling the fourth Boundary of Brough and the third Boundary of a Tract of
       Land Called ample Grange thence with said ample Grange South east to the
       first Beginning Containing thirteen hundred and twenty seven acres and
       three Quarters of an acre more or less and all and singular Houses
       Buildings Orchards and Gardens to the same belonging and also the Reversion
       and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Right Estate Interest Benefit
       Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Charles Carroll of in &
       to all and singular the said Premisses and of in and to all yearly and
       other Rents and Profits reserved on any Demise or Lease of the said
       Premisses or any part thereof To have & to hold the said Land and all
       and singular other the Premisses herein before mentioned and intended to be
       hereby granted with their and every of their Appurtenances unto the said
       Benjamin Tasker his heirs and Assigns for ever to the only use and Behoof
       of the said Benjamin Tasker his Heirs and Assigns for ever & the said Charles
       Carroll ^for^ by himself and his heirs the said Parcel of Land and all and
       Singular other the premisses with their and every of their appurtenances
       unto him the said Benjamin Tasker  his heirs and Assigns against him
       the said Charles Carroll his heirs and assigns and all persons Claiming
       by from or under him or them shall and will Warrant and for ever
       defend by these presents And the said Charles Carroll for himself his heirs
       Executors and Administrators doth Covenant promise grant and agree to
       and with the said Benjamin Tasker his heirs Executors Administrators
       and Assigns by these presents that he the said Charles Carroll & his heirs
       and Assigns and all and every other person whatsoever lawfully having      
       Claiming or demanding or that shall or may hereafter Lawfully
       have Claim or demand any Estate Right Title or Interest of in or to the
