       Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said Charles Carroll
       for and in Consideration of the sum of one thousand three hundred
       and twenty Seven pounds fifteen shillings sterling money of
       Great Britain to him in hand paid by the said Benjamin
       Tasker before the Ensealing and Delivery of these presents the Receipt
       whereof he doth hereby acknowledge and thereof and of every Part
       and Parcel thereof doth fully clearly and absolutely acquit exonerate
       and discharge the said Benjamin Tasker his Executors and Administrators
       by these Presents and for divers other good Causes and Considerations
       him thereunto moving he the said Charles Carroll Hath granted
       Bargained Sold aliened enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these presents
       Doth grant bargain sell alien enfeoff and Confirm unto the said
       Benjamin Tasker and his heirs all that Part of the aforesaid Tract
       or parcel of Land Called Enfield Chase which is Contained within
       the following Courses Distances meets and Bounds to wit
       Beginning at the End of Eighty and a Quarter perches on the
       north line of the entire Tract being the first Line of the said Land
       Called Enfield Chase and runing thence North two hundred and
       nineteen perches and three Quarters of a perche then north thirty
       Degrees and an half Degree westerly one hundred and four Perches
       to a Stone Boundery of the said Land which is also the
       Beginning of a Tract of Land Called Bell Air and from the said
       stone running South fifty perches then west three hundred and
       twenty perches then north fifty perches then west three hundred
       and twenty five perches over Collington Branch then south
       two hundred and twenty one perches then East forty four perches
       to a bounded white oak standing on the west side of the afores.d
       Collington Branch being a Bounded Tree of         Digges's Part of Collington
       manor then south fifteen Degrees Easterly one hundred and Eighty
       eight perches to the given Line of the entire Tract of Enfield Chase
