       Consideration of the Sum of five Shillings Current money of Maryland to him in
       hand paid by the said Robert Elzey the Receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged
       hath granted bargained Sold released and Confirmed and by these
       presents doth Grant Bargain Sell release and Confirm unto the said
       Robert Elzey one half part of an undivided Moiety of two Hundred and
       Seventy five Acres of Land and also one half of the said Tract Called Pastridge  
       with the appurtenances lying on Reivasties Creek in the County aforesaid
       and also all that part or parcel of Land devised the said Robert Farrington
       by the Last will and Testament of the said William Farrington by the
       Name of the Lower Half of my of my Land which is one hundred &
       forty six and a half Acres together with all Messuages Buildings and
       Appurtenances thereunto belonging and the Reversion and Reversions
       Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and profits thereof on incident
       to the said Lands To have and to hold the said Several Lands and
       Premisses and each of them with their and each of their appurtenances
       unto the said Robert Elzey his heirs for ever To the Intent and purpose
       only that the said Robert Elzey shall and may stand and be seised
       thereof until a good and perfect Common Recovery with double Vouchers
       over may be duly had suffered and Executed of the said Tenements Lands
       and premisses according to the usual Course of Common Recoverys
       for Assurance of Lands and Tenements in such Cases used and
       Accustomed and thereupon it is Covenanted Concluded and agreed
       by and between all the said parties to these presents for themselves
       and their heirs by these presents in manner following that is to say
       that the said Robert Elzey shall and well permit and suffer the said
       Samuel Wilson before the End of April Term next to sue forth &
       prosecute against him the said Robert Elzey one Writt of Entry Sur
       Desseisin en le post returnable before his Lordships Justices of the
       Provincial Court at the City of Annapolis thereby demanding against
       the said Robert Elzey the said Lands Tenements Hereditaments &
                                                                                     premisses
