382) Jeremiah Sheredine Sign the same as a Witness with this Deponant Sworn before one of his Lordships Justices for the County af.d W Young Recorded the 20.th day of 5 1/2 March 1759 Ex.d This Indenture Tripartite made the 27.th Day of March In the year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and fifty nine between Robert Farrington of Somerset County planter of the one part Robert Elzey of Somerset County Gentleman of the second part and Samuel Wilson of the Same place Gentleman of the third part Whereas William Farrington Father of the said Robert was in his Life Seis'd in fee simple of an undivided Moiety of two Hundred and Seventy five Acres of Land being part of a Tract of Land Called Weatherlys purchase and the whole of a Tract of Land Called Pastridge and being so seis'd by his last will & Testament duly Executed devised to the said Robert Farrington in Tail one half of the said undivided moiety and one half of the said Tract Called Pastridge by the words and discriptions following to wit I give to my well beloved son Robert Farrington the Lower half of my Land which is one hundred and forty six and a half Acres to him and his Heirs for ever and it is my will that if my son Robert Farrington dies without issue that the Land given by me to him fall to my son George Farrington Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said Robert Farrington for the Docking Barring and Cutting off all Estates Tail and Remainders in Tail of & in the Messuages Tenements & Lands with their appurtenances above and hereafter mentioned and for the settling and assuring the same to and for the uses and Intents herein after mentioned expressed and declared and in |
