379) Parties to these presents or any of them are or shall be parties of or Concerning the Premisses shall be and Enure and shall be adjudged Construed deem'd and taken to be and Enure and the said Littleton Dennis and his Heirs and all and every other Person and Persons which shall then or any Time herereafter stand seis'd of the Premisses or any Part thereof by Virtue of these presents or of the said Recovery or Recoveries shall so stand and be seis'd thereof and of every part thereof to the Only proper use and behoof of the said Arthur Mackallan his Heirs and Assigns for Ever and for no other use Intent or purpose whatsoever In Testimony whereof Each of the said Parties to these presents their Hands have set and their seals Affixed the Day and year first above written Signed Sealed and Delivered William Taylor seal In Presence of Sam.l Wilson Arthur Mackallan seal Geo Hayward Littleton Dennis seal W.m Hayward seal On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus written Viz.t March 8.th 1759 We the subscribers hereby severally acknowledge that we have received the sum of five Shillings Current Money being the full Consideration Money within Mentioned Test William Taylor Sam.l Wilson Arthur Mackallan Maryland fs Be it Remembred that on the Day and Year first within Mentioned personally appeared before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships the Right Honourable the Lor Proprietary his Justices of the Provincial Court all the (Parties) |
