380) Parties within Mentioned and they and each of them acknowledged the within Deed according to Law Rob.t Jenckins Henry March the 19.th Anno Dom 1759 Then Received the Sum of four Shillings Sterling being an Alienation Fine on the within Lands (for his Lordship's use) by virtue of a Commission from Edward Lloyd Esq.r his Lordships Agent and Receiver General Rich.d Dorsey 12 d Recorded the 20.th day of March 1759 Ex.d Know all men by these Presents that I Israel Pemberton of Philadelphia Merchant have Constituted made & Appointed and by these presents do Constitute make and Appoint my trusty and loving friend William Cox of Baltimore County in Maryland my true and Lawful Attorney for me and in my name and stead and to my use to Ask demand Sue for levy recover and receive all Such Sum & Sums of Money Debts Rents Goods Wares Dues Accounts and other demands whatsoever which are or shall be due owing Payable and belonging to me or detained from me any manner of ways or means whatsoever by Joseph Smith & Deborah his wife the said Deborah being the Executrix of the Last will of Stephen Onion deceas'd & Particularly to demand & receive all Such Sum & Sums of money as remain due & owing to me on two bonds or Obligations entred into by the said Stephen Onion one of them dated 22.d March 1749/50 for y.e Sum of Two hundred and Seventy five pounds the other of y.m dated 7.th July 1750 for the Sum of three hundred & thirty pounds four Shillings with the Interest due thereon from the 19.th of July 1757 and the Sum of one hundred & thirty pounds Sterling due from y.e said Stephen Onion's Estate & for certain Annuitty^s^ payable to his Brother Thomas Onion and his Sister Susannah Barrett and his neice Joice Holmes together with |
