       Scituate from thence North East to the Line of a Tract of Land called
       North fields lately in the Possession of John Pope and so a Long the Line of
       the said North fields due South East it being the Eastermost Bounds or
       Line of the aforesaid Tract called Wing to another Cypres post marked
       with five Notches on two sides and so from the said Post due West to
       another Cyprus Post Set up and Marked with five Notches on two sides
       as the Post aforesaid and so from thence due North to its first Bounder
       to Contain One hundred Acres of high Plantable Land and the Revertion
       and Revesions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits
       of the said One Hundred Acres of Land bounded and lying as aforesaid
       To have and to Hold the said one Hundred Acres of Land
       bounded and Lying as aforesaid with all the Appurtenances thereunto
       belonging unto the said William Hayward his Heirs and Assigns for
       Ever to the Intent and Purpose that by Virtue hereof the said William
       Hayward shall and may become Perfect Tenant of the freehold of the
       said One hundred Acres of Land with the Appurtenances and shall
       and May Stand and be seised thereof untill a good and perfect Common
       Recovery with double Vouchers over may be duly had Suffered
       Executed and perfected of the sid one Hundred Acres of Land with
       the appurtenances according to the usual Course of Common Recoveries
       for the Assurance of Lands in such Cases used and accustom'd and
       Thereupon it is Covenanted concluded and Agreed by and between
       all the Said Parties to these presents for themselves and their and
       every ^of^ their Heirs by these Presents in Manner and form following
       that is to say that the said William Hayward shall before the
       End of the next Provincial Court permit and Suffer the said
       Littleton Dennis to sue forth and prosecute against him the said
       William Hayward One Writ of Entry Sur Disseisin en le post returnable
       before the Justices of the said Provincial Court thereby demanding
       against the said William Hayward the Said One hundred Acres
