       April the 2.d Anno Dom 1759  Then Reced the Sum of Six
       Shillings Sterling being an Alienation Fine on the within Lands
       (for his Lordships use) by virtue of a Commission from Edward
       Lloyd Esq.r his Lordships Agent and Receiver General

Ex.d This Indenture Tripartite mad this Eighth day
L S of March in the Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and fifty nine
Duty paid  between William Taylor of Worcester County in the Province of Maryland
H Y Johnson  Planter and Arthur Mackallan of the said County Planter
Clk  of the first part Littleton Dennis of Worcester County Gentleman of
       the second Part and William Hayward of Somerset County Gentleman
       of the third Part Witnesseth that the Said William Taylor and
       Arthur Mackallon for and in Consideration of the Sum of five shillings
       Current Money of Maryland to each of them paid by the said William
       Hayward before the Sealing and Delivery hereof the Receipt whereof
       they Severally do acknowledge and for the further and Better assuring
       and Confirming of the Lands and Tenements with the Appurtenances
       herein after particularly mentioned to the Said Arthur Mackallan
       his Heirs and Assigns for Ever have Granted Bargained and sold
       and by these Presents do Grant Bargain and Sell unto the aforesaid
       William Hayward his Heirs and Assigns for Ever one Hundred Acres
       of Land being part of a Tract of Land Lying in the said County
       of Worcester called Wing the Said one hundred Acres begining at a
       Marked Cyprus Post by the North East Corner of an old Apple
       Orchard and from thence running with a line due West to the
       East Side of Nasseango Creek Swamp and from thence along
       the Side of the Said Swamp Northerly to the Line of a Tract of
       Land Possessed by Thomas Selby being part of a Tract of
       Land Surveyed for Southy Whittington called Choice Cont or Choice
                                                                                        (Scituate)
