372) One thousand seven hundred and Fifty Nine Came before me the subscriber One of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court the within Named Henry Darnall and did Acknowledge the within Deed of Gift to be his Act and Deed and the Lands and Premisses therein Mentioned to be the Right of the within named Nicholas Lowe Darnall his Heirs and Assigns according to the true Intent and meaning thereof Acknowledged before me according to an Act of Assembly in such Cases made and Provided the Day and Year first above written J Hepburn March the 15.th 1759 Reced of M.r Nicholas Lowe Darnall Two pounds Sterling for his Lordships Use (it being the Alienation fine on the within Mentioned Land) by Virtue of a Commission from Edward Lloyd Esquire his Lordships Agent and Receiver General Recorded the 15.th day of Rich.d Dorsey 6 1/2 March 1759 Ex.d This Indenture Tripartite made the Eighth L S day of March in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred Fifty and Nine Between Peter Hack of Accomack County in the Duty paid H Y Johnson Colony of Virginia of the first part William Hayward of Somerset Clk County in the Province of Maryland of the Second part; and Levin Gale of Somerset County in the Province of Maryland ^of the third part^ Witnesseth that the said Peter Hack for the Docking Barring and Cutting off all Estates Tail and remainders in tail of and in the Messuages Tenements Lands and Hereditaments herein after mentioned and for the settling and Assuring the same to and for the Uses Intents and Purposes herein after limited Expressed and Declared and in Consideration of the Sum of five shillings Current Money of Maryland to him in (hand) Cha the fee for recordg to Sam.l Wilkins of Som.t Co.ty |
