371) Perches to the South Branch of Gunpowder River thence South fifty four Degrees and a Quarter East Two hundred and Ninety Nine Perches To the Dividing Line thence North forty two Degrees and a Quarter East six hundred and Seventy Perches to the Stone fixt for the Beginning Laid out for and Computed to be one thousand Acres of Land more or less Together with all and Singular the Plantations Houses Buildings Edefices and Improvements whatsoever thereon or thereunto belonging To Have and to Hold the said One thousand Acres of Land part of the said Tract of Land called the Land or Promise unto the said Nicholas Lowe Darnall and his Heirs for Ever And to the only proper use Benefitt and Behoofe of him the Said Nicholas Lowe Darnall and his Heirs for Ever ^more^ And to no other use Intent or purpose whatsoever so that neither the Said Henry Darnall his Heirs nor Assigns nor any of them nor any Person nor Persons whatsoever Claiming or to Claim by from or under him or them or any of them shall or will hereafter Claim or Demand any Right Title Interest Estate Claim or property of in or to the said One thousand Acres of Land (mentioned Expres't Butted and Bounded as aforesaid) and premisses or to any Part thereof But from all and every Action Right Title Estate Claim property or Demand whatsoever of in and to the same the said Henry Darnall and his Heirs and every of them shall ^be^ utterly Excluded and Debarr'd for Ever by these Presents In Confirmation whereof the Parties to these presents first above mentioned have hereunto Interchangeably set their Hands and Seals the day and Year first above written Signed Sealed and delivered in the Presence of Henry Darnall seal J Hepburn Ri Smith Memorandum That on the 28.th Day of February Anno Domini (One) |
