       Compleat and Ended To the Intent and Purpose that the Said
       Thomas Jennings may be the better enabled to receive and take a grant
       or release of the Premisses hereby bargained and Sold or mentioned
       or intended to be hereby bargained and Sold to him and his assigns
       for and During the Natural Lives of the Said Charles Homwood
       and John Brice in Such Sort manner and form as in and by
       one Indenture Intended to bare date the Day next after the Day
       of the date of these Presents the same shall be granted released and
       Conveyed In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have
       hereunto interchangeably Set their Hands and Seals the Day
       & year above Written

Exan.d                  This Indenture made the twenty ^Second^ Day of October
       in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and fifty six
       Between Charles Homwood of Ann Arundel County in ^the^ Province
       aforesaid Gentleman and John Brice of the City of Annapolis
       in the Province aforesaid Esquire of the first Thomas Jennings
       of the City aforesaid Gentleman of the Second Part and Benj.a
       Beall of the City aforesaid Gentleman of the third Part
       Witnesseth that the Said Charles Homwood and John Brice
       for and in Consideration of the Sum of five Shillings of Lawful
       Money of Great Britain to them in hand Paid by the said
       Thomas Jennings at or before the Ensealing and Delivery of these ^these^
       Presents the receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged have given
       Granted released and Confirmed and by these Presents do give
       Grant release and Confirm unto the Said Thomas Jennings
