       unto the said Henry Bennett Darnall and his Heirs for Ever and
       to the only proper use Benefitt and Behoofe of him the said Henry
       Bennett Darnall and his Heirs forever more and to no other use Intent
       or purpose whatsoever so that neither the said Henry Darnall his Heirs
       nor Assigns nor any of them nor any Person nor Persons whatsoever
       Claiming or to Claim by from or under him or them or any of them shall
       or will hereafter Claim or Demand any Right Title Interest Estate
       Claim or Property of in or to the said One thousand Acres of Land (mentioned
       Express't Butted and Bounded as aforesaid) and Premisses or to any part
       thereof But from all and every Action Right Title Estate Claim property
       or Demand whatsoever of in and to the same the said Henry Darnall
       and his Heirs and every of them shall be utterly Excluded and
       Debarr'd for ever by these presents In Confirmation whereof the partys
       to these Presents first above mentioned have hereunto Interchangeably
       set their hands and Seals the day and Year first above written
       Sign'd Sealed and delivered
       in the Presence of
                         J Hepburn                           Henry Darnall
                         Ri Smith                              P Mannor            seal

       Memorandum
                               That on the 28th day of February Anno Domini
       One thousand Seven hundred and Fifty Nine Came before me the subscriber
       one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court the within named
       Henry Darnall and did Acknowledge the within Deed of Gift to be his
       Act and Deed and the Lands and Premisses therein Mentioned to be
       the Right of the within named Henry Bennett Darnall his heirs
       and Assigns according to the true Intent and meaning thereof
                      Acknowledged before me according to an Act of Assembly in such Cases
       made and provided the day and Year first above written
