       part Witnesseth that the Said Henry Darnall in Consideration
       and for the Natural Love and Affection which he hath and beareth
       unto the Said Henry Bennett Darnall and for divers other good
       Causes and Considerations him the Said Henry Darnall thereunto
       Moving Hath Given granted Aliened Enfeoff'd and Confirm'd
       And by these presents doth fully and Absolutely give grant Alien
       Enfeoff and Confirm unto the Said Henry Bennett Darnall and
       his Heirs for Ever all that One thousand Acres of Land being on
       Moyety of his Tract or parcel of Land called the Land of Promise
       Laying in Baltimore County and upon the Head of Gunpowder
       River and upon the North Side of the South Branch of the said
       River and is Butted and Bounded as followeth Viz.t Beginning
       at a Bounded red Oak standing by the said Branch and running
       North three hundred Perches to a Spanish Oak on a Ridge then
       running North East four hundred and twenty Perches to a
       bounded red Oak being the first Bounded Tree of a Mannor of
       Land belonging to the Right Honourable the Lord Baltimore
       and running ^thence^ North Fifty one and a half Degrees West Two
       hundred and Fifty Nine perches to a stone now fix't for the
       Beginning of his Brother Nicholas Lowe Darnalls part of the
       Said Land and the Division Line of the Said Land between him
       and his said Brother Nicholas Lowe Darnall and running thence
       South forty two Degrees and a Quarter West Six hundred and Seventy
       Perches to the given Line of the Original Tract of Land then
       with a Straight line to the first Mentioned Tree laid our for and
       Computed to be one thousand Acres of Land more or Less together
       with all and Singular the Plantations Houses Buildings Edifices
       and Improvements whatsoever thereon or thereunto belonging
       To have and to Hold the said One thousand Acres of Land
       part of the said Tract of Land called the Land of Promise
