       so to be Substituted by them or any of them shall lawfully ^do or^ Cause to
       be done in the Premisses by Virtue of these Presents In Witness whereof
       the said parties to these Presents have hereunto Sett their Hands and Seals
       the thirty first day of May in the thirty first Year of the Reign of our
       Sovereighn Lord George the Second by the Grace of God of great Brittain
       France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and so forth and in
       The Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and fifty Eight
       Sealed and delivered (being first
       duly Stamped) in the presence of

               Jn.o Richmond                              Ann Wakefield        seal

       New Castle      These are to Certify that the above named
       upon Tyne         Robinson Wakefield and Ann his Wife came this
                   day personally before me Mathew Bell Esquire Mayor of
                   the said Town and did in my presence seal and as their
                   Act and Deed ^deliver^ the above written Letter of Attorney In
                   Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
       L S       the Seal of the Mayoralty of the said Town this thirty
                   first day of May in the Year of our Lord One thousand
       8 1/2 d Seven hundred and fifty Eight
                                                                            M Bell Mayor
       Recorded the 13.th day of
       March 1759


Ex.d    This Indenture made the Twenty Eighth day of February
       Anno Domini One thousand Seven hundred and Fifty Nine Between
       Henry Darnall of Ann Arundel County Merchant of the one Part and
