       every person and Persons whom the same may Concern all and
       every Such Sum and Sums as now are or hereafter shall be by
       them due and Owing to us for and in Respect of the said Plantations
       and Estate late of the Said Edward Fell on any other
       Account and Payable to us or either of us in our own Right or
       otherwise howsoever and to state Settle and Adjust all Accounts
       between us in our own Right or otherwise and all and every or
       any person or Persons and to receive to our use all and every
       Sum and Sums of Money that shall appear upon the Ballance
       of Such Accounts to be due to us And also out of the Money
       that they our said Attorneys or any of them shall receive to our
       use to pay Satisfy and Discharge Such Sum and Sums of Money
       as shall appear upon Adjusting any such Accounts to be justly
       due and owing from us and upon Receipt of all or any of the
       Said Sum or Sums of Money abovementioned Acquittances or
       other proper Discharges for us and in our Names or in the Name of
       either of us to give and Execute and upon Nonpayment thereof
       or of any part thereof to Commence or Institute any Action
       suit or other Proceeding as they or any of them shall be advised
       in any Court of Law or Equity or any Ecclesiasticall or spiritual
       Court whatsoever for the better receiving recovering
       and securing the same hereby investing our said Attorneys
       and every of them jointly and Severally with the same power
       and Authority in all respects to act in the Premisses as we
       ourselves or either of us might should or could have done were we
       Personally present and also with full Power and Authority
       (if Occasion shall be) One or more Attorney or Attorneys under him or
       them for the Purposes aforesaid to Constitute and Appoint and at
       Pleasure to revoke hereby promising to ratify and Confirm whatsoever
       our said Attorneys or any of them or any other Attorney or Attorneys
