       Executor of Mary Thomas late of Maryland aforesaid Widow
       deceased the Sum of One hundred Pounds Lawfull British Money which
       was devised or Bequeathed in and by the last Will and Testament of the said
       Mary Thomas to me the Said Ann Wakefield then Ann Fell And also for
       us and in our Names or in the Name of either of us or in the Name of
       the said Executors of the said Edward Fell deceased and to our use to enter
       into and upon and take Possession of all and Singular the Plantations
       Messuages Lands Tenements Heredittaments Goods Chattels Personal
       Estate and Premisses in Maryland aforesaid late the Estate and Possessions
       of the said Edward Fell and to Hold and Enjoy the Same and to have  
       hold take and receive the Rents issues and Profitts thereof to and for our
       use Benefitt and Advantage and the said Plantations Messuages
       Lands Tenements and Heredittaments or any of them with the Negroes
       Horses Stock Matters and things to the same or any of them belonging
       to Lease Demise Lett and Sett to such Person or Persons as they or
       any of them shall think fitt for such Term or Terms or Number of Years
       and for and under such Yearly or other Rents to be to us Reserved and
       Payable and Such Covenants Provisoes and Agreements as they or
       any of them shall think reasonable or otherwise to manage Occupy
       or employ the same for our use and Advantage as they or any of
       them shall think fitt And Also (if they or any of them shall
       think proper) for us and in our Names and for our use and
       Benefitt to sell the said Premisses Estates Matters and things or
       any part thereof for the most Money that may be had or gotten
       for the same and for us and in our Names to seal Execute and
       Deliver or do or perform such Deeds Acts Conveyances Bargains
       and Sales for the Absolute Sale and Disposal thereof as shall be
       Necessary and to receive the Consideration Money for such sale
       of the Premisses in our Names and to our use And also for us
       and to our use to ask demand and receive of and from all and
