       on the one Part and John Little of Baltimore County Planter
       on the other part Witnesseth that the said Charles Carroll for
       and in Consideration of the Sum of Five Shillings Sterling
       to him in hand paid by the said John Little the Receipt
       whereof he doth hereby acknowledge and for and in Consideration
       of ^one^ the Tract of Land lying in Baltimore County Joining to Coles
       Caves called William and Elizabeth's Fancy Containing One
       hundred Acres Conveyed by the said John Little to the said
       Charles Carroll by one Indenture bearing Equal date with these
       Presents and for divers other good Causes and Considerations
       him thereunto Moving hath given Granted Bargained sold
       Exchanged Aliened Enfeoffed Released and Confirmed and by
       these Presents doth give Grant Bargain Sell Exchange
       Alien Enfeoff Release and Confirm unto and with him the
       Said John Little all those two Tracts or Parcels of Land
       called Bengons Venture and Peters Discovery lying and
       being in Baltimore County with all the Right Title Interest
       and Claim either in Law or Equity to the same together
       with all and Singular the Appurtenances thereunto belonging
       To have and to Hold unto him the Said John Little his Heirs
       and Assigns for ever all the Said two Tracts or Parcells of Land with
       their Appurtenances and the Said Charles Carroll Doth Covenant and
       Agree to and with him the said John Little that he the said
       John Little and his Heirs and Assigns shall and may have
       hold and Enjoy the Said Lands and Premisses as well against
       him the said Charles Carroll as against all Manner of Person or
       Persons Claiming or to Claim of from by or under him in Witness
       whereof and the foregoing Premisses the said parties to the^se^ Presents
       have Interchangeably Set their Hands and Seals the Day and
       first above written
