358) the other part Witnesseth that the said John Little for and in Consideration of the sum of Five Shillings Sterling to him in Hand paid by the said Charles Carroll the Receipt whereof he doth hereby Acknowledge and for and in Consideration of two Tracts of Land lying in Baltimore County the one called Peters Discovery Containing Sixty five Acres the other called Bengons Venture Containing thirty five Acres Conveyed by the said Carroll to the said John Little by one Indenture Bearing Equal date with these Presents and for divers other good Causes and Considerations him thereunto moving Hath given Granted Bargained sold Exchanged Aliened Enfeoffed Released and Confirmed and by these Presents doth give Grant Bargain Sell Exchange Alien Enfeoff Release and Confirm unto and with him the said Charles Carroll all that Tract or Parcel of Land called William and Elizabeth's Fancy lying in Baltimore County Joining to Coles Caves Granted unto a certain William Little for one hundred Acres with all the Right Title Interest and Claim either in Law or equity to the same together with its Appurtenances To Have and to Hold unto him the said Charles Carroll his Heirs and Assigns for Ever all the said Tract or Parcel of Land called William and Elizabeth's Fancy with its Appurtenances And the Said John Little doth Covenant and agree to and with him the said Charles Carroll that he the said Charles Carroll and his Heirs and Assigns shall and may have hold and Enjoy the Said Land and Premisses as well against him the said John Little as against all manner of Person or Persons Claiming or to Claim of from by or under him in Witness whereof and the foregoing Premisses the said Parties to these Presents have Interchangeably set their hands and seals (the) |
