       the Loan Office for the time being the several sums of Money
       which he shall receive or be answerable for in Virtue of the same
       Act at such times as by the said Act is directed according to the
       true Intent and meaning thereof then the above Obligation to
       be void and of no Effect otherways to remain in full force and
       Virtue

Ex.d This Indenture made the Thirtieth day of January in the
L S   year of our Lord Christ Seventeen hundred and fifty nine Between
Duty paid  William Dallam of Baltimore County in the Province of Maryland
John Brice  of the one part and Beale Bordley of the same County & Province of
Cl    the other Part Witnesseth that the said William Dallam for &
       in Consideration of the Sum of Two hundred pounds Sterling Money
       of Great Britain by the said Beale Bordley to him the said William
       Dallam in hand paid at or before the sealing and delivery of these
       Presents the Receipt whereof the said William Dallam doth
       Acknowledge and thereof and therefrom doth release acquit and
       Discharge the said Beale Bordley his Executors & Administrators
       Hath Granted bargained sold aliened released enfeoffed and
       Confirmed and by these presents he the said William Dallam
       Doth grant bargain sell alien Release enfeoff and Confirm unto
       the said Beale Bordley his heirs and assigns for ever All that
       the Land of him the said William Dallam Scituate lying &
       being in Baltimore County aforesaid on the north of Gunpowder
