       Whatsoever   In Witness whereof the Parties to these presents have hereunto

Ex.d Know all men by these presents that we Roger Boyce William Lyon
       and William Lux of Baltimore County in the Province of Maryland are held &
       and firmly bound to the Right Honourable Frederick Lord Baltimore in
       the just and full Sum of Two hundred pounds Current Money of Maryland
       To be paid to his ^said Lordship his^ heirs and successors To the which payment well and
       truly to be made and done We bind us our Heirs Executors and Adm.rs
       and Every of them in the whole and for the whole jointly & severally firmly
       by these presents sealed with our Seals and Dated this Twenty fifth
       day of November Annoque Domini seventeen hundred & fifty eight

       The Condition of the above Obligation is such that if the above
       bound Roger Boyce whilst he shall Continue in the Office of Receiver or
       Collector of the Land Tax in Baltimore County shall well and faithfully
       execute and perform the several dutys required of him to be performed
       by the Act of Assembly of this Province entituled An Act for granting
       a supply of Forty Thousands Pounds for his Majestys Service and
       Striking Thirty four Thousand and fifteen pounds six shillings
       thereof in Bills of Credit and Raising a Fund for Sinking the
       Same and do well and faithfully pay to the Commissioners of
