       all and Singular the houses Edifices Buildings profits Commodities
       and advantages to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining
       and all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Claim and Demand
       whatsoever of the aforesaid Roger Tolle and Sarah his wife James
       Morris and Anne his Wife James Thompson Willing Bassett and
       Parthenia Mitchett of into or out of the Same Parcell of Land
       and Premisses with the Appurtenances To Have And To Hold
       the aforesaid Parcell of Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances
       unto him the Said Thomas Griffin his heirs and Assigns for ever
       to the only proper use and behoof of him the Said Thomas Griffin
       his heirs and assigns for ever to the intent and purpose that the
       Said Thomas Griffin may be Perfect Tenant of the Freehold of the said
       Parcell of Land and Premisses that a Common Recovery may be
       had and suffered against him the said Thomas the next ensueing
       or some subsequent Provincial Term and it is hereby Declared by
       and between the said Parties to these Presents that whatsoever
       Common Recovery or Recoveries is are or shall be had or suffered
       of the same Premisses shall be and Enure to and for the use
       and behoof of him the said Thomas Griffin heirs and assigns
       for ever and to or for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever In
       Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto intarcharable
       sett their hands and seals the Day & year for first above written

       On the Back Side of the aforegoing Indenture was thus indorced Viz.t

       Sept.r 23 1756 Then came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordship Justices of
       the Provincial Court the within named Roger Tolle and Sarah his wife James
       Morris & Anne his wife James Thompson Willing Bassett & Parthenia Mitchell &
       Acknowledged the within Intr Instrument of Writing to be their Act & Deed &
       the Lands & Premisses thereby released to be the Right & Estate of the within named
       Tho.s Griffin his heirs & assigns according to the true Intent and meaning thereof also
       the above named Sarah Anne and Elizabeth being Privatley examined
