Ex.d Know all men by these Presents that we Daniel Dulany Benjamin
L S  Tasker Jun.r and Walter Dulany of the City of Annapolis Esquires are held
       and firmly Bound unto the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary of
Duty paid  the Province of Maryland In the sum of one thousand Pounds Current
Jn.o Brice  Money To the Payment whereof well and truly to be made we bind
Clk            ourselves and Each and every of us our heirs Executors and administrators
       Jointly and severally firmly by these Presents sealed with our seals
       and Dated this second day of January in the Year of our Lord Seventeen
       Hundred and fifty nine

       The Condition of the above written Obligation is Such that
       if the above bounden Daniel Dulany whilst he Shall Continue in
       the office of Commissary Shall at his own Proper Cost & Charge find
       a Supply of good and Sufficient Record Books Necessary for the Entring
       up of all Matters & things relating to such Commissary's office &
       shall Duly and Carefully look after Preserve and maintain all the
       Several Books of Records now Being and Remaining in the said Office
       as also those that from time to time shall be added Thereto in Such
       manner as that when the said Daniel Dulany Shall be Dismissed
       From Officiating longer in the said Office shall Deliver all the
       aforesaid Records to the next Person that Succeeds in the said
       Office in good Order and Repair According to the True Intent
       and meaning of the Act of Assembly in that Case made & Provided
       that then the above written obligation to be void & of none Effect
       otherwise to remain in full Force and Virtue in Law
