       the said John Ross for and in Consideration of the Payment of
       the said Sum of twenty five pounds Current Money with legal
       Interest for the same by the said Jacob Gans the Receipt
       whereof is hereby acknowledged and for Divers other good Causes
       and Considerations him thereunto moving Hath remised
       released and for Ever quit Claim unto him the said Jacob Gans
       his Heirs and Assigns for Ever and by these presents doth
       remise release and for Ever quit Claim unto him the said Jacob
       Gans his Heirs and assigns for Ever all the Right Title ^Interest^ Property
       Claim and Demand whatsoever whether in Law or Equity
       of him the said John Ross of in and to the aforesaid Tract or
       Parcel of Land Called the Resurvey on Egypt with the Houses
       and the Improvements thereon or thereunto belonging
       To have & to hold the said Tract or Parcel of Land and
       Premisses with the appurtenances unto him the said Jacob Gans
       his heirs and assigns for Ever ^to the only proper use & behoof of him the said Jacob Gans his heirs & Assigns for ever^ anything in the aforerecited
       Deed of Mortgage to the Contrary in any wise notwithstanding In
       Witness whereof the said Parties to these presents have hereunto
       interchangeably set their hands and seals the Day and Year
       first above writtin

                John Ross Party to the within Deed came before me the
       Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court
       and acknowledged the within Deed to be his Act and Deed
       and the Lands and Premisses therein mentioned to be the
       Right and Estate of the said Jacob Gans according to the Intent
       and meaning of the said Deed
                       Acknowledged this 24.th Day of Nov.r 1758 before
                                                                               Geo Steuart
