330) Form of Common Recoveries in Such Cases used And it is further covenanted granted Concluded agreed and declared by and between all and every the Said Parties to these Presents and the True Intent and Meaning of the Parties to these Presents is that from and immediately after the Said Common Recovery or Recoverys shall be had prosecuted and Suffered as aforesaid of the said Premisses the Said Recovery or Recoveries shall be and enure and shall be Construed esteemed adjudged and taken to be and enure and are hereby declared to have been intended to be and enure, That the Said Edward Dorsey and all and every other Person and Persons which shall be Seized of the Premisses or any part thereof by Force or Virtue of the Said Common Recovery or Recoveries shall stand and be seized thereof and of every Part and Parcel thereof with their and every of their Appurtenances to the only Use and Behoof of the said Samuel Chew his Heirs and Assigns and to no other Use intent or Purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto interchangeably Set their Hands and Seals the Day and Year first within written Sealed and Delivered Sam.l Chew of Wells seal in the Presence of Tho.s L Weems seal J Ross E Dorsey seal Geo Steuart At the foot of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written to wit Received 2.d August 1758 of M.r Thomas Lane Weems the Sum of five Shillings Sterling being the Consideration Money within Mentioned Witness p Sam.l Chew of Wells Geo Steuart |
