310) accustomed And it is further covenanted agreed and declared by and between all the Said Parties to these presents that Such Recovery or Recoveries so as aforesaid or in any other Manner to be Suffered executed and perfected whereto the Parties to these Presents or any of them are or shall be parties of or Concerning the Premisses shall be and enure and shall be adjudged construed deemed and taken to be and enure and the said Charles Wallace and his Heirs and all and every other Person and Persons which shall then or any time thereafter stand Seized of the Said Moiety or half part of the Tract or parcel of Land aforesaid and Premisses or any part thereof by Virtue of these Presents or of the said Recovery or Recoveries shall so Stand and be seized thereof and of every Part thereof to the only proper Use and Behoof of the aforesaid George Simmonds his Heirs and Assigns for ever In Witness whereof the parties to these presents have ^hereunto^ interchangeably Set their Hands and affixed their Seals the Day and Year first above written Signed Sealed and Delivered In the Presents of William seal Matthews R.t Alexander Anne seal Matthews Sam.l Wilson George seal Simmons Charles seal Wallace On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written to wit Received the Day and Year first within Mentioned of and from the within named George Simmonds the Sum of One Hundred and forty five pounds ten Shillings Sterling Money being in full for the Consideration Money £145 10 0 therein Mentioned to be by him paid to us Witness R.t Alexander W.m Matthews Sam.l Wilson |
