       use Intent or Purpose whatsoever and the said Bartholomew Pomeroy
       and Joseph Janson Severally and apart and not jointly and for their
       Several Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns do Severally and
       apart and not jointly Covenant Promise Grant and agree to and with
       the said William Parker his Heirs and Assigns That he the said William
       Parker his Heirs and Assigns shall and may from hence forth forever hereafter
       Peaceably and Quietly have hold Possess and enjoy the Part or
       Parcell of Land aforesaid with the Appurtenances free clear and Discharged
       of and from all other Estates Rights Titles and Charges and Incumbrances
       whatsoever had made or willingly Suffered or hereafter to be had made
       or willingly Suffered of or by the said Bartholomew Pomeroy and
       Joseph Janson or either of them their or either of their Heirs or Assigns
       or the Heirs or Assigns of William Torver deceased and that without
       any the Act Suit trouble Hinderance Interuption or Denial of them
       the said Bartholomew Pomeroy and Joseph Janson or either of their
       their or either of their Heirs or Assigns or the Heirs or Assigns of the said
       William Torver one of the Assignees of John Philpot and John Hutchinson
       aforesaid or of any other Person or Persons Lawfully claiming by from
       or under them or any of them and that the said Bartholomew Pomery
       and Joseph Janson their Heirs and Assigns shall and will at the reasonable
       Request Costs and Charges in the Law of the said William Parker his
       Heirs or Assigns make do acknowledge Levy suffer and Execute or
       Cause or procure to be made done acknowledged Levied Suffered and
       Executed all and every such further and other Lawfull and Reasonable
       Act and Acts thing or things Conveyances and Assurances as by
       the said William Parker his Heirs or Assigns or by his or their Council
       Learned in the Law shall be reasonably devised Advised or Required for
       the better and further Assurance surety and sure making the said
       part or parcell of Land aforesaid with the Appurtenances thereunto
       belonging unto the Said William Parker his Heirs and
