278) well and truly paid by the Said William Parker at and before the Ensealing and Delivery of these presents the Receipt whereof they the said Bartholomew Pomeroy and Joseph Janson do acknowledge and thereof and therefrom and of and from every part and parcel thereof do acquit Release and Discharge the said William Parker his Heirs Executors and Administrators and every of them by these presents Have ^Given^ Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed Confirmed and made over and by these presents Do give Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff Confirm and make over unto the said William Parker his Heirs and Assigns for ever all that part of a Tract of Land called Cobriths Lott lying in Prince Georges County afsd and being bounded as follows (that is to say) Beginning on the East Side of the Main Road that formerly led from Marlbro' to Capt Brocks in the Line of a Tract of Land called Thorpland formerly belonging to George Plowden and running with the Said Line East North East to a Run called Collington then down the Said Run till it Intersects the first Line of Cobriths Lott then West South West with the said Line to the Main Road aforesaid then with the Said Road to the first Beginning Containing by Estimation One hundred and fifty Acres of Land or thereabouts Together with all and Singular the Dwelling House Kitchin Tobacco house and all other Outhouses Orchard Garden and all other Improvements Conveniencys and Advantages to the said parcell of Land belonging or in anywise appertaining To have and to Hold the aforesaid part or parcell of Land together with all and every the Appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise Appertaining unto the Said William Parker his heirs and Assigns to the only proper use and behoof of him the said William Parker his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to and for no other (use) |
