Ex.d   This Indenture made the twenty Second day of
       November in the Thirty first Year of the Reign of our sovereign
       Lord George the Second by the Grace of God of Great Britain France
       and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and so forth and in the Year
       of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and fifty Seven Between
       Bartholomew Pomeroy and Joseph Janson of London Merchants
       Surviving Assignees of John Philpot and John Hutchinson late
       Merchants in Partnership at London of the one part And William
       Parker of Prince Georges County in the Province of Maryland
       Chirurgeon of the other part Witnesseth that the Said Bartholomew
       Pomeroy and Joseph Janson for and in Consideration of the Sum
       of Two hundred and forty three pounds Sterling to them in hand
