276) hundred and ninety four perches to the End of the twenty fourth Line of said Land then North twenty four Degrees West one hundred and sixty four perches then ^by^ a straight line to the beginning containing five hundred and Nineteen Acres and an half Acre of Land more or less as the full part Purpart and Portion of the said John Brice ^of^ in and to the Said Tract or Parcel of Land called Forrest And ^that^ to the said Henry Wright Crabb and his Heirs shall have hold occupy and enjoy to the only Use and Behoof of him the said Henry Wright Crabb and his Heirs for ever as his two parts in eight parts of the said Tract or parcel of Land called Forrest all that parcel of Land Beginning at the End of one hundred and forty seven perches on the Sixteenth Line of the said Tract of Land called forrest and running thence North Sixty Nine Degrees East Sixty Seven perches North one hundred and twenty perches West forty perches North one hundred and twenty perches East ne hundred and forty perches North two hundred and two perches North Eighty degrees West one hundred and Ninety two Perches south thirty Degrees West ninety four perches south ten Degrees West two hundred and Seventy perches then by a straight line to the beginning containing five hundred and Nineteen Acres and an half Acre of Land more or less for the full part Purpart and Portion of the said Henry Wright Crabb of in and to the said Tract or Parcel of Land called Forrest In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and Seals the Day and Yeare first within written |
