       Heirs for ever as their two parts in eight parts of the said Tract
       or parcel of Land called Forrest all that Parcel of Land Beginning
       at the End of the thirteenth Line of the Said Tract of Land called
       Forrest and running thence south thirty three Degrees East three
       hundred and thirty five perches North fifty four Degrees and an half
       Degree East One hundred and Ninety Six Perches to the End of one
       hundred and Sixty four perches on the twenty fifth line of the said
       Land then with the Said Land North twenty four Degrees West three
       hundred and fifty five Perches North eighty two Degrees West Ninety
       Perches North fifty eight Degrees West fifty Six perches South fifty
       four Degrees and an half Degree West Sixty perches South thirty six
       Degrees East one hundred & fifty seven perches South Seventy one
       Degrees West one hundred and twelve perches to the Beginning
       containing five hundred and nineteen Acres and an half Acre
       of Land more or less as the full part Purpart and Portion of the
       Said Alexander Beall and Andrew Heugh of in and to all the said
       Tract or parcel of Land called Forrest And that the said John
       Brice and his Heirs shall have hold occupy and enjoy to the only
       use of him the said John Brice and his Heirs for ever as his two
       parts in eight parts of the said Tract or parcel of Land called
       Forrest all that Parcel of Land Beginning at the ^end of the^ Eighth
       Line of the Said Tract of Land called Forrest and running thence
       with the said Land South Eleven Degrees East forty perches
       South sixty four Degrees East forty eight perches South seven
       Degrees East thirty Six perches South forty one Degrees West
       sixty perches South thirty nine Degrees East seventy six perches
       North forty nine Degrees East two hundred and Sixty perches
       South twenty eight Degrees East one hundred and forty eight
       perches North Sixty nine Degrees East one hundred and
       forty seven perches then North thirty nine Degrees West One
