274) Wright Crabb for them and their Heirs in Manner and form following that is to say That the said David Ross and Sarah Needham and their Heirs shall hold Occupy and enjoy to the only use and behoof of the said David Ross and Sarah Needham and their Heirs forever as their two parts in eight Parts of the Said Tract or Parcel of Land called Forrest all that Parcel of Land Beginning at a Bounded white Oak the Beginning Tree of the aforesaid Land called Forrest and running thence North Seventy Degrees East twenty perches South Seventy eight Degrees East Seventy Perches south Nine Degrees East One hundred and forty perches South fifty Seven Degrees West Sixty Perches South Seven Degrees East Sixty perches North forty three Degrees East One hundred and Seventy six perches North Sixty Seven Degrees East Eighty perches South forty Seven Degrees East One hundred and twenty perches North fifty four Degrees and an half Degree East one hundred and forty three perches North thirty three degrees West three hundred and thirty five perches to the End of the thirtieth line of the Said Land then North Seventy two Degrees West ninety two perches South Sixteen Degrees East One hundred and Seventy Six perches South forty one Degrees West One hundred and Sixteen perches then by a straight to the beginning Tree Containing five hundred and Nineteen Acres and one half Acre of Land more or less as the full part Purpart and Portion of the Said David Ross and Sarah Needham of in and to all the Said Tract or Parcel of Land called Forrest And that the Said Alexander Beall and Andrew Heugh and their Heirs Shall have hold occupy and enjoy to the only use and Behoof of the said Alexander Beall and Andrew Heugh and their (Heirs) |
