Ex.d This Indenture Quadripartite made the fifteenth
       day of July in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred
       and fifty Eight Between David Ross of Prince Georges
       County Merchant and Sarah Needham of Frederick County Widow
       of the first part Alexander Beall of Frederick County Gentleman and
       Andrew Heugh of Frederick County Gentleman of the Second Part John
       Brice of Ann Arundel County Esquire of the third part and Henry Wright
       Crabb of Frederick County Gentleman of the fourth Part Whereas the
       said David Ross Sarah Needham Alexander Beall Andrew Heugh
       John Brice and Henry Wright Crabb are Seized in Fee as Tenants in
       Common of and in a Tract or Parcel of Land lying and being in
       Frederick County called Forrest containing Two thousand and Seventy
       eight Acres of which said Tract of Land called Forrest two parts
       thereof in eight parts to be divided are the Portion and Share of the
       said David Ross and Sarah Needham and two parts thereof in
       eight parts to be divided are the Portion and Share of the said
       Alexander Beall and Andrew Heugh And two parts thereof in eight
       parts to be divided are the Portion and Share of the Said John Brice
       and two parts thereof in eight parts to be divided are the Portion
       and Share of the Said Henry Wright Crabb Now this Indenture
       Witnesseth that for dividing the said the said Tract or parcel of
       Land called Forrest Whereof the Said David Ross and Sarah
       Needham Alexander Beall and Andrew Heugh John Brice
       and Henry Wright Crabb are Seized according to their Several
       Portions and shares aforesaid and that the Parties to these
       Presents may hold and enjoy their parts in Severally to them
       and their Heirs It is hereby Covenanted granted Concluded and
       agreed between the Said David Ross and Sarah Needham
       Alexander Beall and Andrew Heugh John Brice and Henry
