256) July the 2.d 1758 Reced of M.r Peter Naffesger six Shillings Sterling for his Lordships use (it being the Alienation fine on the within mentioned Land) by virtue of a Commission from Edward Lloyd Esquire his Lordships agent and Receiver General Rich.d Dorsey Recorded July 4.th 1758 7 sides Ex.d This Indenture made this Seventh day of April in the Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and fifty Eight between Samuel Warren of Prince Georges County Planter of the one Part Samuel Wilson of the City of Annapolis of the Second Part and Richard Hutton of Prince Georges County Taylor of the third part That whereas the said Samuel Warren being Seized in Fee Tail of and in all that Tract of Land with the Appurtenances lying in the County aforesaid called Ludfords Guift Begining at a Bounded White Oak being the Northerly Bound of a parcel of Land lately taken up by Arthur Ludford then with a Line drawn North for the Length of one hundred and Sixty Perches till it Intersects the West Line of John Greene and with the said line to his head Bound Tree and thence Southerly till it Intersects the West north West Line of the said Ludfords Land and with the said line to the first Bounded Tree Containing by Patent Eighty Acres be the Same more or less and Whereas afterwards to wit the third day of May in the Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and fifty six the said Samuel Warren to the Intent and Purpose that the said Richard Hutton might be made a good and perfect (Tenant) |
