257) Tenant of the Freehold and Inheritance of the said Premisses with their Appurtenances did make and in due form of Law Execute to the said Richard Hutton a Deed of Bargain and Sale for the Consideration in the same Deed Mentioned whereby the said Samuel Warren did Bargain and Sell the said Premisses with their Appurtenances to the Said Richard Hutton his Heirs and Assigns for ever as by the said Deed bearing Date the Same day and Year last aforesaid duly acknowledged and Recorded among the Proceedings of Prince Georges County Court may appear by Virtue of which said Deed the said Richard Hutton afterwards to wit the same day and Year last aforesaid into the Premisses with their Appurtenances entered and was thereof Possessed and Still remains thereof Possessed and Whereas it was agreed between the said Samuel Warren and the Said Richard Hutton and the Said Samuel Wilson that in Consideration of the Sum of one Hundred and thirty Seven Pounds Ten Shillings Sterling to the said Samuel Warren then paid by the Said Richard Hutton the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and in order to Dock Barr and Cut off the Estate Tail and remainders in Tail of and in the Said Premisses with their Appurtenances and to settle and Assure the same to and for the Use of the said Richard Hutton his Heirs and Assigns for ever that the said Samuel Wilson ^should^ according to the Course of Common Recoveries with Double Vouchers in Such Cases and for the like purpose used have and obtain a Common Recovery with Double Vouchers of the Said Premisses with their Appurtenances for the purpose aforesaid and Whereas in Pursuance of the said Agreement afterwards to wit in September Term last past the said Samuel Wilson before the Justices of the Provincial Court by and upon a Writ of (Entry) |
